Pre Ordered product stock is considered for the pre ordered customers. Order above AED 249 are eligible for free shipping and AED 10 delivery charges will be applicable if the order value is below AED 249.Deliveries are done from Saturday to Thursday between 9.00am and 8. 00pm.We always deliver on time but sometimes delays are inevitable and we will inform you beforehand.
Shipping to other GCC countries
Our courier partners for shipping are DHL, FedEx, UPS and Empost. Once the order is processed, most of the items are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day/next day based on the stock availability.
Shipping address details
While placing an order, customers have to put accurate address to ensure the delivery on time. It is advisable that you have to be present to accept the delivery of your order and the goods are delivered to the premises you specified in your order.

RETURNS POLICY
