Once you place your order, we will be able to ship the same within 1-2 working days. But in case of Pre Order shipping is considered after the stock arrival. Pre Ordered product stock is considered for the pre ordered customers. Order above AED 249 are eligible for free shipping and AED 10 delivery charges will be applicable if the order value is below AED 249.Deliveries are done from Saturday to Thursday between 9.00am and 8. 00pm.We always deliver on time but sometimes delays are inevitable and we will inform you beforehand.
Shipping to other GCC countries
Our courier partners for shipping are DHL, FedEx, UPS and Empost. Once the order is processed, most of the items are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day/next day based on the stock availability.
Shipping address details
While placing an order, customers have to put accurate address to ensure the delivery on time. It is advisable that you have to be present to accept the delivery of your order and the goods are delivered to the premises you specified in your order.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on an extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. Delivery times may also change and this will be notified to you beforehand.
Customers have to sign for the goods upon delivery. No claim for damaged goods will be accepted once delivered and signed for.
The following forms of ID are accepted:
• Original & Valid National ID
• Original & Valid Driving License
• Original passport (profile and visa page)
In addition, if either "Credit Card on Delivery", or "Credit Card Online" are selected as the payment methods then the details on the photo ID should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
