Return Policy
All returns will be charged at a minimum of 20% of the product value irrespective of the condition of the product. Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable at the moment and are borne by the customer. Milaaj reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request. Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 6 hours of receipt of merchandise. You have to return your purchase within 3 days of purchase. All requests for exchange and returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or the warranty card.
Exchange or Returns shall not be applicable to such products falling to the categories as; Incase of any manufacturing defect for the device then contact us and mention complete details about the fault. If you find it as Dead on Arrival( DOA) within 3 days of delivery then we will come to collect the defective one within 5 working days and arrange replacement if possible. Or else, you can drop the product off at our service Centre along with original invoice and proof of ID. If the product is outside of the DOA period then you will be asked to drop the product off at our service center. We will take the appropriate action to either repair or replace the product depending on the nature of the problem. You cannot return an item if the seal is broken or if it is in non-sellable condition. We will try our best to deliver the product within the expected delivery date. But delays are inevitable. If your delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please email us at support@milaaj.com or WhatsApp +971525244884 with your tracking number, so we can assist you with the same. If the address you have given is difficult to find, a new delivery attempt will not be made unless the customer provides all the necessary details. A postal code written in the street number field or vice-versa, the city name written in the street name field or a field left blank can also cause delayed delivery. In case of any product shortage we apologise for the delayed delivery and the products may be in stock with in 2/3 weeks. As soon as the product arrives the customers will be notified.
